Avison Young served as the owner’s representative for Hampshire Real Estate Companies on the completion of the owner’s scope of work associated with the interior fit-out of the American Music Supply office/warehouse space. AY also acted as construction manager for AMS on the fit-out of their 6,124 sf office space and the 74,484 sf warehouse space and as general contractor for the construction and coordination with the direct hire of subcontractors.
