Christopher Grundy joined Avison Young as a Senior Associate in 2017 specializing in real estate for Private Equity and Enterprise Solutions. His team provides comprehensive global real estate solutions, including strategic consulting services, site selection, portfolio management, industrial sale/leasebacks, and lease negotiations.

Christopher is the AY Emerging Leaders Ambassador for the Fairfield/Westchester office. He is an active member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and the Yale Alumni Real Estate Association.

Christopher completed a B.A. at Yale University and graduate degrees at Indiana University. He is fluent in German.
