Kevin Malloy has more than 29 years of experience in commercial real estate. During this time, Kevin has developed a national tenant representation practice with expertise in the high-technology sector, including mission-critical data centers and life-sciences laboratories. He has represented Boston's blue-chip landlords on some of the largest suburban office buildings in the market and executed more than $200 million in investment sales. Kevin has closed more than 600 real estate transactions at an aggregate value of more than $700 million dollars.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Kevin served for 10 years as Senior Vice President at Lincoln Property Company in Boston where he was consistently one of the firm's leading producers.

Kevin joined Avison Young as Principal & Director of Avison Young's Technology Practice Group to help grow the company's brokerage business and further expand the company's brand in the New England market.

Kevin is an Advisory Board Member of both Self Help Africa and Goal USA. He is a youth basketball coach in Wellesley, Massachusetts where he and his family are members of Brae Burn Country Club.
