At Avison Young, Zach is a Vice President and part of the office tenant representation and agency leasing division in the Charlotte office. Zach offers expertise in strategic consulting and assisting corporate users with lease negotiations, expansions, contractions, financial analysis, site searches as well as dispositions on a local, regional and national level.

Prior to Avison Young, Zach was an Assistant Director in Savills Studley’s Charlotte office focusing on tenant representation and corporate services. Prior to Savills Studley, Zach served as a trusted advisor in various roles where he managed more than $60m in business development and construction costs. Zach has nearly a decade of experience in construction and project management/business development, working previously with Balfour Beatty and Cassidy Turley (now Cushman & Wakefield).

Zach, a Charlotte native, is able to guide his clients through educated decision making by understanding their immediate and long-term needs. Zach is devoted to representing tenants and helping them turn real estate decisions into a strategic advantage. His hands-on approach and team at Avison Young allow him to identify numerous areas of leverage for the clients he serves, ensuring alignment of his client’s real estate strategies and business objectives.

Zach holds both his North Carolina and South Carolina Real Estate Licenses.
