John Voss is a property manager with the Avison Young Knoxville office.  John has been in commercial property management since 2009, prior to joining Avison Young, John was a property manager with Cushman & Wakefield | Cornerstone.  John provides comprehensive property management services to the Knoxville portfolio and directly oversees in excess of one million square feet of office, industrial and retail properties.  His responsibilities include tenant retention, financial stewardship, development and implementation of budgets, contract and risk management, maintenance and construction management.  Prior experience includes 10 years in operations with a department store retailer and 13 years with national magazine wholesaler where he was responsible for over $100 million in annual sales.
