Tim Norwood is director of property management for Avison Young's Memphis office where he leads the management services for the firm. He brings 16 years of project and property management experience with additional areas of expertise including long-term capital planning, construction services, and life safety management.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Norwood served as Director - Management Services at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank where he oversaw one million square feet of management in the Memphis market.
