Karina Del Junco has been in the commercial real estate industry since 2002. Prior to joining Avison Young, Karina supported the Senior VP of Client Services to oversee the department ensuring consistent and accurate management service and created efficiencies for Asset Services and systems used for property management operations with Franklin Street Office and Industrial. Prior to FSOI, Karina was a Senior Property Manager with Cushman & Wakefield, managing 3 million square feet of commercial real estate comprised of six mixed-use properties including class A office, retail and industrial assets located in Dade and Broward County, Florida. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Karina was an Assistant General Manager with Jones Lang LaSalle. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Karina was a Property Manager with Grubb & Ellis Management Services, Inc., where she managed and leased class A assets in Miami Beach, Coral Gables, and Downtown Miami.
