Ed advises CFOs, CEOs, and CREs that are responsible for highly-improved industrial and flex real estate obligations that include high-tech and traditional manufacturing, light and heavy assembly, research and development, wet and dry labs, storage and distribution, and office spaces to support them.

In recent years Ed’s team has completed more than 290 real estate transactions in more than 60 markets throughout New Jersey, the U.S., and Canada.  These transactions have included leases, purchases, build-to-suits, and sales, and they have accounted for more than 6 million square feet and more than $600 million in value.

Ed and his team only advise occupiers of space (never landlords) and this allows for a fiduciary bond that guarantees the best outcome for his clients.  He coordinates all aspects of single and multi-location transaction management (lease renewals, new leases, subleases, purchases, and sales), as well as lease administration, lease audits, project/construction management, and sale-leasebacks.
