Lauren Smith joined Avison Young in 2013.  She is a Senior Property Manager with 15 years experience in commercial and residential real estate industries.  Lauren manages an industrial and office portfolio of 2.5 million square feet in the Tampa Bay area.  She excels in meeting the needs of her clients, tenants and vendors.  Lauren is a current member of BOMA Greater Tampa Bay.
