Introducing Jason Hellberg

Jason comes to Avison Young with 16 years of Capital Markets experience, and more than a decade as a Regional Vice President of Institutional Investment Sales.  In this role, he specialized in the distribution and implementation of alternative and income generating strategies for his clients.  Throughout his career, Jason is personally responsible for raising over $1.5 billion dollars in new assets.

In commercial real estate brokerage, Jason has utilized his extensive Capital Markets acumen, unique knowledge base, and a focus on all aspects of brokerage and investment sales to provide an enhanced client experience.  In the past eighteen months Jason has been directly involved in over $19 million of closed transactions with both private and institutional investors.

Jason attributes his success to a client centric approach coupled with straightforward hard work with an understanding of the goals, needs, and concerns of each party involved.  Jason then works diligently to develop a strategic and implementation plan tailored to help his clients achieve a successful transaction.

Jason is a graduate of Westmont College in Santa Barbara, California with a B.A. in Communication Studies.  He holds a Texas Real Estate Salesperson license and has earned multiple securities licenses including the Series 7, 6, 65, and 63.  Jason is also a recipient of the prestigious Paul Harris Fellowship Award presented to him by Rotary International for exemplary service within his club.  Jason prides himself on being known as an individual who is dedicated to operating under the highest ethical standards.  His commitment to honesty, professionalism, and stewardship are paramount in both his business and personal life.
