Greenville, SC – Rakan Draz and John Odom, CCIM of Avison Young’s Greenville Office, represented the owner, FFT, Inc. in the sale of two historic downtown retail properties located at 4 Mill Street, and 17-19 Mill Street in Inman, South Carolina.

“Inman’s revitalization efforts, walkable downtown and location close to Spartanburg make it an ideal community for small business and people looking to invest,” said Draz, Senior Associate. “We’re proud to be a part of the city’s growth.”

4 Mill Street is a 1,400 sf retail building and sold to Natalya Kadoshnikov. 17-19 Mill Street is a 7,400 sf retail building and sold to RK Utility and Boring, LLC. The two properties were the last remaining in the original portfolio of seven properties.

The sale of these properties demonstrates that steady progress is being made in the city’s revitalization and beautification efforts.
