Vac2Go expands to Southeast Texas with first site in Houston
Houston, TX – Avison Young, the world’s fastest-growing commercial real estate services firm, announced today that it has negotiated the lease of 22,500 square feet (sf) of industrial space at 1150 Hall Court in Deer Park, located within the Greater Houston market.
Avison Young Principal Bob Berry and Grant Hortenstine, a Vice-President in the firm’s Houston office, represented the tenant, Vac2Go, LLC. Copeland Rhea represented the landlord, Clay Development.
“We are excited to assist Vac2go with its first Texas location, which has substantial lot space to accommodate the company’s growing fleet,” comments Hortenstine. “The Houston industrial market and customer base provide a natural fit for Vac2Go’s rapidly expanding vacuum-truck rental business.”
Vac2Go has five other locations, including South Carolina, Alabama, Ohio, Kentucky and Tennessee. Each facility, including Houston, features access to the full inventory of the following truck rentals and waterblasters: industrial vacuum, vacuum excavation, sewer cleaning, DOT liquid-vacuum truck, liquid-ring vacuum truck and NLB Corp. water blasters.
“The Houston market has been on our radar for a prolonged period and we are thrilled to celebrate our grand opening,” notes Kylie Foster, Vice-President of Vac2Go. “This geographic expansion gives us access to entirely new industrial markets and customers, including new manufacturing and energy services arenas.”
Vac2Go currently employs nearly 30 professionals and, for the third year in a row, has been recognized by Inc. 5000 as one of America’s fastest-growing private businesses.
