Morristown, NJ – The New Jersey office for Avison Young announced the closing of a 36,544-square-foot, headquarters lease for PRISM Vision Group®, one of the country’s largest and recognized ophthalmology and retina administrative services organizations, at 420 Mountain Avenue in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey.
The Avison Young team, lead by Principal and Managing Director Jeff Heller and supported by Senior Vice President Steven Geltzeiler represented the tenant, PRISM Vision Group. The building’s owner, Signature Acquisitions, was represented in-house.
