Avison Young awarded leasing and property management of Class A office park in Alpharetta

ATLANTA, Jan. 12, 2017 – Avison Young’s Atlanta office has advised Adventus Realty Trust in the purchase of Milton Park, a two building mixed-use campus in Atlanta’s prospering North Fulton submarket. In addition to facilitating the sale, Avison Young has been retained for leasing and property management.

One of the newest vantage assets in North Fulton, Milton Park is situated on over 13 acres and contains two six-story LEED certified office buildings that total approximately 320,000 square feet. The Property is 88-percent leased and counts Landis+Gyr’s North American Regional Headquarters, Pegasystems and Schneider Electric among its tenants.
