Avison Young retained as property manager of The Outlet Shoppes at Oklahoma City

ATLANTA, May 11, 2017 – Avison Young, the world’s fastest-growing commercial real estate services firm, announced today that it has been retained by The Outlet Resource Group (TORG) and Singerman Real Estate (SRE), the new owners of The Outlet Shoppes at Oklahoma City, to handle property management for the outlet mall. This is the second outlet mall Avison Young is managing for TORG and SRE.

Located at 7624 West Reno Ave., the 400,000 square-foot mall first opened in 2011, but it continued to expand through 2014. It now includes more than 90 retail stores, including Nike, Vera Bradley, Michael Kors, Polo Ralph Lauren, Bath & Body Works and Under Armour.
