Avison Young Brokers 53,000 Square-Foot Lease in Lawrenceville
May 31, 2017LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga., May 31, 2017 – Avison Young’s Atlanta office has brokered an office lease for 53,000 square feet at 1715 North Brown Road in Lawrenceville, Ga. M3 Accounting Services has inked a 10-year deal.
Chet Koenig, a principal with Avison Young’s Atlanta leasing team, represented New York-based investment manager Clarion Partners, LLC in the transaction. Clarion Partners is acting on behalf of a commingled fund managed by the firm.
The Avison Young Atlanta team is supported by a full-service office that includes sales, marketing, leasing, property management and research teams. The firm currently manages more than 20 million square feet of property across the Atlanta region.
