Grant Hortenstine named a Vice-President in Avison Young’s Houston office

Up-and-coming tenant-representation specialist helps lead local industrial team

Houston, TX – Rand Stephens, Avison Young Principal and Managing Director of the firm’s Houston office, announced today that Grant Hortenstine has been named a Vice-President in the company’s Houston office.

Hortenstine, an industrial real estate broker, specializes in tenant representation. He represents clients across an array of industries, including distribution, manufacturing logistics and food and beverage. He formerly served as a senior industrial associate in the firm’s Houston office, which he joined in 2014.

“Grant’s tenacity, resourcefulness and work ethic have put him on the fast track to success,” comments Stephens. “He continues to thrive by bringing innovative solutions to every transaction and building strong partnerships with clients.”

Hortenstine works closely with Bob Berry, a Principal of Avison Young and head of the firm’s Houston industrial team, collaborating on leases and acquisitions.
