Avison Young among SIOR 2018 top 50 worldwide industrial deal award winners

Principals Todd Mason and Jeff Lindenberger honored for completing 500,400-sf purchase for Best Buy

Houston, TX — Avison Young, the world’s fastest-growing commercial real estate services firm, announced today that the firm’s Houston office was recently honored by the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) for its annual Top 50 Industrial Transactions of 2018. Avison Young Principals Todd Mason and Jeff Lindenberger, who are both SIOR members, represented the tenant Best Buy in the lease of a 500,400-square-foot industrial building at Brandon Woods III, located at 7550 Perryman Court in Glen Burnie, MD.

Mason and Lindenberger will be recognized at SIOR’s 2019 Spring World Conference in Washington, DC, which takes place April 10-13. The top transaction awards are presented for the largest sales and lease transactions, ranked by dollar volume, completed by SIOR members across the globe.
