Avison Young negotiates 22,500-sf lease for vacuum- truck, water-blaster rental and service facility in Greater Houston

Vac2Go expands to Southeast Texas with first site in Houston

Houston, TXAvison Young, the world’s fastest-growing commercial real estate services firm, announced today that it has negotiated the lease of 22,500 square feet (sf) of industrial space at 1150 Hall Court in Deer Park, located within the Greater Houston market.

Avison Young Principal Bob Berry and Grant Hortenstine, a Vice-President in the firm’s Houston office, represented the tenant, Vac2Go, LLC. Copeland Rhea represented the landlord, Clay Development.

“We are excited to assist Vac2go with its first Texas location, which has substantial lot space to accommodate the company’s growing fleet,” comments Hortenstine. “The Houston industrial market and customer base provide a natural fit for Vac2Go’s rapidly expanding vacuum-truck rental business.”

Vac2Go has five other locations, including South Carolina, Alabama, Ohio, Kentucky and Tennessee. Each facility, including Houston, features access to the full inventory of the following truck rentals and waterblasters: industrial vacuum, vacuum excavation, sewer cleaning, DOT liquid-vacuum truck, liquid-ring vacuum truck and NLB Corp. water blasters.
