Avison Young completes 43,171-sf industrial lease with Bestop RPR, LLC in Temecula, CA

Avison Young Senior Associate Cody Lerner and Principal Stan Nowak, who are both based in the company’s Inland Empire office located in Temecula, represented the tenant. The landlord, Temecula BP, LLC, was represented by Lee & Associates.

“The tenant is more than quadrupling in size from its current 10,000-sf location within the Temecula Valley,” comments Lerner. “This larger facility will be used to expand operations in order to keep up with demand to produce more goods while increasing efficiencies.”

Lerner adds: “Our Avison Young team successfully procured an off-market opportunity on behalf of Bestop PRP and negotiated a favorable deal within southwest Riverside County’s competitive industrial market, which currently has an availability rate of less than 2%.

Built in 1987 and situated on 4.87 acres of land, the property is located at 43350-43352 Business Park Drive. With this lease, the 91,326-sf building is 100% occupied. The space features 28-foot ceiling height, a showroom, office buildout and skylights.

Bestop PRP’s sister company Bestop is based out of Denver and is a large supplier for Jeep ragtops. The Bestop organization is widely known throughout the U.S.
