Los Angeles, CA - A new retail sublease, successfully negotiated by Avison Young Vice President Sally Zesut and Principal & Managing Director Jonathan Larsen, is bringing a Bite Beauty boutique to one of LA’s most charming retail shopping destinations, the historic shopping district on North Larchmont Boulevard in Larchmont Village. Bite Beauty, a high-end Canadian organic beauty brand, signed a 31-month sublease for the 1,100-square-foot space, located at 142 Larchmont Boulevard, with Landis General Store, Inc., represented by Avison Young.

Bite Beauty’s elegant “Lip Labs,” specializing in high quality products like ‘amuse-bouche’ lipsticks, bring a touch of glamour to the world of natural, organic cosmetics. The brand is owned by Kendo, a division of Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy (LVMH), the renowned French multinational luxury conglomerate.

“We were very pleased to complete this sublease, on advantageous terms for our client, for one of the most desirable retail locations in Los Angeles. LVMH/Kendo/Bite Beauty’s move into the Landis General Store space presented an ideal situation for all parties,” said Zesut.

Kendo/LVMH was represented by Fandel Retail Group and RKF in the transaction.
