Berry Hill warehouse sells for $1.2M

A Berry Hill office property has sold for about $1.2 million.

The property has an address of 440 E. Iris Drive. 

The new owner is an individual, according to Metro records. 

An LLC was the seller. The entity acquired the warehouse property in April 2018 for $765,000, according to Metro records, and then updated the building to accommodate office space for creative businesses. 

At one time, Tees and Tops Uniforms operated from the building and would later move to a nearby location at 718 Thompson Lane. 

Avison Young brokers Jody Elder and Josh Hurt represented the seller in the deal. 

The buyer was represented by Liz Craig of Cushman & Wakefield.
