Avison Young bolsters Tenant Representation team in Houston

Commercial real estate expert Anthony Squillante and his team expand office and industrial tenant representation services for the firm’s Houston market and beyond

Houston, TX – Rand Stephens, Avison Young Principal and Managing Director of the firm’s Houston office, announced today the strategic hiring of Anthony Squillante and his six-member tenant representation team, who represent clients that span various industries throughout the Greater Houston area and nationally.

Squillante, as Principal, will lead the team which includes Drew Coupe, Dustin Devine and Josh Morrow as vice presidents; Collin Roach as associate; Jack Wagner as financial analyst and Michelle Goynes as client services coordinator. All were formerly with Stream Realty and will be based in Avison Young’s Houston office.

Squillante brings more than fifteen years of award-winning commercial real estate experience to Avison Young. Prior to joining the firm, he served as Managing Director of Stream Realty in Houston, where he assembled and led a tremendously successful tenant representation business unit with clients who lease or own office and industrial facilities. Squillante and his partners have generated more than $1 billion in transactions since 2011 and were also the recipients of NAIOP’s Pacesetter Award in Houston for 2013.
