About Dani

Dani is an Assistant Property Manager at 500 West Monroe, a 1 million square foot class A office building in the downtown Chicago market. Dani began her career in commercial real estate in 2017 where she started as a Property Administrator with JLL before becoming an Assistant Property Manager with Piedmont Office Realty Trust. In her current role, Dani supports the planning, budgeting, and control of operating and capital expenditures, and project management. She assists in the preparation of annual reconciliations, forecasts, monthly reports, lease profiles, contracts, and more. She is passionate about maintaining a high-performing property and fostering positive tenant experiences while delivering value to ownership.
