About Lucy

Lucy Rainer is an Associate in Tenant Representation at AvisonYoung’s New York City office, where she advises office tenants on strategic real estate decisions. Her expertise includes tenant advisory, workplace planning, market research, and building strong client relationships to support smart real estate decisions.

Lucy first joined AvisonYoung as an intern, where she gained exposure to market research, financial analysis, and client service. After completing her internship, she came on board full time, continuing to build her career in real estate. She holds a B.S. in International Business from the University of Denver, where she developed a global business perspective and integrated her knowledge into the real estate world. This foundation gives her a strong background in market intelligence and deal structuring.
