Avison Young Dallas Awarded Management of New Industrial Facility

Avison Young’s Dallas Property Management Division awarded 670,914 sf industrial building assignment in Fort Worth, TX

 

Dallas, TX – Avison Young’s Property Management Division within the Dallas office has been awarded the management of a 670,914 square-foot industrial building located at 9450 Burleson Cardinal Road in Fort Worth, TX. The property is Phase I of the Fort Worth Logistics Hub, a two-building industrial park that is situated on approximately 72 acres.

Led by Senior Property Manager, Laura Fishback, the portfolio will be managed by Avison Young on behalf of the landlord, VanTrust Real Estate who completed development on the property this fall.
