Atlanta, GA – Avison Young, a global real estate advisory firm, has arranged a new lease on behalf of the owners of 1600 Parkwood Circle in Atlanta, GA with e|spaces, the rapidly growing modern office and workspace provider. The 32,030-square-foot, full floor lease in the Class A office building marks the Nashville-based company’s first location in Georgia.
