Avison Young secures purchase and full leasing of Lake Forest office building in record time
Growing demand for high-quality suburban office space in Lake Forest
Chicago, IL – Global real estate advisory firm Avison Young is pleased to announce the acquisition and successful full leasing of 1905 West Field Court in Lake Forest, Illinois. The property, located within the prestigious Conway Office Park, comprises 41,812 square feet (sf) of Class A office. The building was acquired in March 2025 and fully leased within four months, underscoring a growing demand in the northern suburban office market of Lake Forest.
Tim Henry, Principal in Avison Young’s Chicago office represented owner, Altounian Properties in both the acquisition and leasing of the property. Dan McCarthy and Sophia Spinell of JLL represented the tenant, Lake County Regional Office of Education.

Earlier this year, Henry also represented Altounian Properties in the leasing of 1955 West Field Court. That property quickly secured three leases totaling 9,064 square feet, which spurred Altounian Properties’ decision to acquire the adjacent building at 1905 West Field Court.
Leases at 1955 West Field Court, owned by Altounian Properties, include:
- Yona Solutions – 3,634 sf. Henry represented owner.
- EXI Partners – 1,675 sf. Henry represented both the tenant and the owner.
- Forefront Dermatology – 3,755 sf. Henry represented the owner. This location serves as Forefront Dermatology’s headquarters supporting clinics throughout the Midwest.
