Avison Young negotiates 7,479-sf medical office lease with Mid Atlantic Retina/Wills Eye Physicians in Newark, Delaware

Philadelphia, PA – Global commercial real estate advisor, Avison Young, today announces it has executed a 7,479-square-foot (sf) medical office lease on behalf of the tenant, Mid Atlantic Retina/Wills Eye Physicians. The new space for the ophthalmology practice is within the Bristol Building, a Class A office asset located at 248 Chapman Road in Newark, DE. The tenant will relocate to its new space in summer 2026.
Scott Martin, Principal, Avison Young represented Mid Atlantic Retina/Wills Eye Physicians. The landlord, Rockford Chapman, LLC, was represented by John Kaczowka of CBRE.

The property recently completed significant capital enhancements, including a modernized lobby, upgraded fiber infrastructure with multiple service providers, and generous on-site parking.
