It was a great turnout of Middle-Market Private Equity and Investment Bankers as well as legal and accounting service providers. Our fellow co-hosts included, Crowe, LLP a public accounting, consulting, and technology firm; Cypress, LLP, an innovative law firm; and, Backbone Capital Advisors, LLC a boutique intermediary financing arranger of traditional and non-traditional corporate debt and equity.
