Leslie Brown named Senior Vice President of Investment Sales and Mason Bodie joins as Senior Associate of Investment Sales.

Denver, CO – Global Commercial Real Estate Advisor, Avison Young, announced today that it has added two investment sales brokers to its Denver office. Leslie Brown, CCIM has been named Senior Vice President of Investment Sales and Mason Bodie joins as Senior Associate of Investment Sales.

Brown has more than 12 years of experience advising clients across investment sales and residential development. Her work has centered on helping developers unlock value through land entitlement, assembly, and land packaging, the process of positioning vacant land for development and bringing it to market for institutional and private buyers.

Brown comes to Avison Young from Colorado Craft Brokers where she served as Founder and Broker Owner. There she led a team of independent professionals to bridge real estate opportunities between Colorado’s mountain resort markets and the Front Range of Denver. Brown has advised clients in Main Street and middle market transactions. She closed more than $250 million in commercial real estate transactions, managing each deal from valuation to closing.

Bodie is an experienced commercial real estate professional with a proven track record managing institutional equity investments, structured capital positions, and large-scale real estate portfolios exceeding $1 billion in value. With deep expertise across common equity, joint-venture equity, preferred equity, and unitranche debt, Bodie brings a uniquely comprehensive understanding of both investment strategy and hands-on asset performance.

Most previously, he served as Director of Asset Management at Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners, where he led asset management for multiple institutional vehicles and served as the primary point of accountability for post-closing performance. Mason oversaw business plan execution including value-add construction and lease up, on-going sponsor compliance, portfolio risk monitoring, restructuring strategies, and investment realization. Prior to that, he managed a $1.5 billion healthcare real estate portfolio at Welltower, acting as the primary relationship lead for joint-venture equity partnerships with Invesco Real Estate.
