Avison Young bolsters Raleigh-Durham presence with three new strategic hires

Wendy Barrett Nabors specializes in retail leasing; Trey Navo and Joshua Points specialize in capital markets

Raleigh, NC – Global real estate advisor Avison Young has added Wendy Barrett Nabors, Trey Navo and Joshua Points as Senior Vice Presidents to expand and strengthen its Raleigh-Durham brokerage team. Nabors has more than 23 years of experience in retail and mixed-use leasing. Navo and Points bring over 15 years of experience combined in capital markets.

Nabors, a Raleigh native, bring extensive experience in North Carolina commercial real estate, specializing in retail and mixed-use properties across the Triangle, Triad and Coastal regions. Most recently, she served as Director of Commercial Leasing at Grubb Ventures, leading leasing efforts and acting as a consultant for high-profile developments including Raleigh Iron Works, Dock 1053 and Veridea, and partnering closely with investors and asset management teams.

Navo and Points join from Medalist Capital, where they served as Vice Presidents of Investment Sales and Advisory. The duo specializes in middle market investment sales with a focus on investment and owner user dispositions and acquisitions for flex, industrial, office and retail assets.
