Avison Young negotiates new 61,861-sf industrial lease on behalf of Flow Control Group in Grand Prairie, Texas

Dallas, TX — Global commercial real estate advisor, Avison Young, has negotiated a 10-year, 61,861-square-foot industrial lease on behalf of the tenant, Flow Control Group (FCG) located at 3550 N Highway 161 Building 2 in Grand Prairie, TX.

Avison Young Principal Mike B. Kennedy and Associate Chet Hall represented FCG, a major North American distributor and service provider specializing in flow control, fluid handling, and industrial automation. The landlord, Molto Properties, was represented by Kacy Jones, Steve Koldyke, and Brian Gilchrist of CBRE.

Built in 2024, the space will serve as both an assembly and warehouse facility for FCG with full move-in anticipated for July 1, 2026. This new space represents a consolidation of four operational locations across the DFW region.

"We were blessed with an outstanding effort with all parties involved on this transaction. The building owner team, Molto Properties and CBRE, worked closely with us on negotiations. Additionally, our contractor, Gordon Highlander, was able to deliver our tenant improvement requirements on a tight schedule and budget," said Dwayne Dehaven, SVP Operations at FCG.
