Before joining Avison Young, Adam spent nine years as a broker at Market Retail Partners, where he focused on tenant representation, landlord representation, and retail sales and leasing strategies.

Earlier in his career, Adam served as a Sales Manager at Meinl USA for seven years, where he developed his expertise in sales, client engagement, and market expansion.
