Chalinee Kember serves as Associate Director for Avison Young’s Real Estate Management Services team in Southern California. With more than 22 years of experience in commercial real estate, Chalinee brings a comprehensive skill set spanning property operations, financial oversight, team leadership, and client relationship management.

In her current role, Chalinee oversees all operational aspects of her portfolio, leads on-site property teams, and ensures consistency with company policies, procedures, and service standards. She provides strategic oversight and executive-level leadership to key institutional and international accounts, working closely with stakeholders to develop tailored real estate strategies that align with their long-term goals.

Chalinee has managed Class A office and industrial assets across Southern California, delivering value through effective expense control, vendor negotiations, and construction oversight. She is known for her analytical strength, commitment to client service, and ability to drive high performance across all facets of property management.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Chalinee held leadership roles at Manulife Investment Management, Rexford Industrial, Davis Partners, and Cushman & Wakefield. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies from Pitzer College and a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Irvine.
