Dee Dee Caskey joined Avison Young Tenant Representation team as an Associate Broker in 2025.

Dee Dee is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Real Estate as well as her master’s in marketing, further enhancing her ability to craft compelling narratives around properties and market trends. During her time at UIC, she was a NCAA Division I athlete on the softball team. Her experience as a student-athlete instilled in her a strong work ethic, leadership, and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Dee Dee gained hands-on experience through internships at @Properties Commercial and First Western Properties, where she supported brokers with  CRM expansion, creating marketing materials, and tenant relations.

Dee Dee is passionate about community involvement and leadership. She served as Chair of Team IMPACT at UIC, connecting children with disabilities to college athletic teams. Her commitment to excellence, professional growth and client satisfaction makes her an asset to the team.
