James brings 20 years of expierence from previous firms, serving as Vice President at CBRE before becoming a Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield in New York City.

James specializes in real estate investment sales, office leasing, financial modeling and investment consultation throughout the tri-state region. Involved in many high-end deals in NYC, including the lease-up of One World Trade Center, James now wishes to expand his reach into Fairfield and Westchester Counties. 

His roster of clients include: The Durst Organization, Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, The Trump Organization, Vornado Realty Trust, and The Roe Corporation.

A graduate of Wagner College on Staten Island, James is a longtime member of the Real Estate Board of New York and serves on the Board of Directors for Life Services for the Handicapped. He has lived in Westport for over 15 years.
