Matt Schrauth is a Senior Vice President at the Phoenix office of Avison young. Previously, Matt worked at Strategic Retail Group and Omni Group where he specialized in Retail Leasing and Sales of Retail Office and Medical Properties as well as in the sales of Commerial Land. Matt owns retail and medical properties and utilizes his personal experience as an owner to help his clients. Matt has extensive experience in owner representation for Leasing and Sales and also has a great amount of experience in Buyer Representation and Tenant Representation.

With over 30 years of experience, Matt Schrauth is a multi-million dollar producer in leasing and sales of retail, office, industrial buildings and has successfully represented banks, pension funds, insurance companies, private individuals and trusts in the leasing and sales of their Arizona assets.
