Paul Clark is part of Avison Young’s Capital Markets Group specializing in Industrial, Office, and Land Development. In his role, he advises on behalf of investors, developers, and ownerusers. He brings a broad base of expertise that includes assisting clients with acquisitions, dispositions, lease negotiations, building and site selection, landlord representation, and development projects.
