Shane Bowen is a Senior Associate with the Retail Services group in Avison Young’s Nashville office, specializing in shopping center and retail property leasing, mixed use, retailer tenant representation, and capital markets. The Retail Services Group represents a wide variety of clients from local, regional and national retailers and restaurants, to shopping center owners ranging from REITS to corporate and family entities.

Shane has served in multiple entrepreneurial and leadership roles in commercial real estate, startup business and nonprofit arenas; having owned commercial properties and running retail businesses for over eight years. He has vast experience in commercial leasing, management, development, and acquisition.
