Woodson joins Avison Young as an associate broker, specializing in industrial tenant representation and leasing in the Greenville market. He launched his career in real estate in property management and accounting where he gained essential skills in financial analysis, operational oversight, and client relations, helping him successfully navigate and negotiate complex real estate transactions. Meticulous, insightful, and highly professional, he consistently achieves outcomes that not only fulfill, but surpass expectations on every assignment.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Appalachian State University. Originally from Flat Rock, North Carolina, he spends much of his free time outdoors, enjoying fly fishing, hunting, mountain biking, and skiing.
