The Arsenal on the Charles is the largest speculative office redevelopment in the Greater Boston area. This site served for nearly 200 years as a U.S. Army Arsenal. The name of the site was the Watertown Arsenal. Buildings at the Watertown Arsenal dated back to as early as 1851.
