Exchange Place is a Historic Landmark and was expanded in 1984, restored in 1987 and renovated in 1997. It provides over 1 million square feet of first class of office space in a 40 - story tower. The building's lobby is a magnificent seven story glass enclosed atrium with shops, restaurants, and banking facilities on street and concourse levels. An underground garage provides parking for the property and additional parking can be found on Kilby Street.
