Avison Young’s Capital Markets Group has been retained by Summa Development Group on an exclusive basis to arrange joint venture / LP equity for the development of Full Service Luxury Hotel, Convention Center & Condominium development (the “Property” or “Project”), located in an upscale neighborhood of Orlando, FL

This luxury development is a to-be-built, 34—Story, 231 Room, Marriott Branded development with approximately 138,000 Sq Ft of class A convention space, 111 incredible designed residential condos, and 821 (9 story) parking spaces. Brand and management company have been selected, though there is flexibility for the investor to assist in those decisions. This development will offer outstanding visibility, is within walking distance to the area attractions and companies that surround the site. Combined, these project characteristics should translate to a quick sale period of the condos at or above pro forma, a market leading RevPAR for the hotel, and beautiful convention space for elevated events.

The Sponsor is seeking a partner to contribute approximately $73 million to the venture, representing a 55/45 equity split with the JV Partner having the majority stake and preferred return.
