Savills & Avison Young’s U.S. Capital Markets Group have been retained by National Technology Integrators (The “Company” or “NTI”) on an exclusive basis to market the sale leaseback of their U.S. headquarters and IT facility (the “Property” or “Facility”), a 48,000 square foot office and IT lab located in Rockville, Maryland.

The Property is located at 40 W Gude Drive in Montgomery County’s I-270 Corridor, a national hotbed for technology and innovation due to the region’s proximity to federal agencies, universities, & government contractors. Montgomery County has become a magnet for large, domestic and foreign technology companies to make significant investments in order to plant a flag in the region.

Proceeds from this transaction will be used to reinvest in the Company’s growth and to reimburse NTI for substantial renovations beginning in September 2024, which will include high-tech office space, a state-of-the-art warehouse, and an IT lab. NTI’s substantial capital investment signals a long-term commitment to the Property and the region, home to the vast majority of the Company’s customer base.
