The Ice Factory

Located in the Old City, the historic Ice Factory is the current home of the Old City Performing Arts Center. The masonry building was built in 1890 and is zoned DK-E. This commercial zoning allows for a wide variety of uses.

It is 6,250 sf on the interior and includes an additional 1,032 sf of covered outdoor space along State Street. The building height is 18’ to the free-span trusses, and an additional 4’ – 8’ to the deck.

The building was improved in 2019 providing restrooms, new mechanical systems, and infrastructure for the theater.

The landlord will deliver the building with a new roof, additional structural support, and working HVAC.
