About Adam

Adam Gillespie is a twenty year commercial real estate veteran specializing in selling investment real estate in the Philadelphia region.  During his career, Adam has executed over 180 transactions totaling over $1.9 billion in transactions, including single-asset and regional portfolio sales ranging in size from $1 million to $133 million.

Adam has been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker and earned a CCIM designation in 2005.  He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Dayton with degrees in Finance and Marketing.  Adam is an active member of the Greg Wolf Fund, a non-profit dedicated to funding targeted blood cancer research and providing financial support to families battling leukemia.  Adam currently lives in Fort Washington, PA with his wife and three children.
