About Kyle

Kyle Borda joined Avison Young’s U.S. Capital Markets Group in 2024. Based in Washington, DC, Kyle's primary responsibilities include working alongside Avison Young’s local and national deal teams to provide financial analysis in the valuation of assets of all product types, including office, multifamily, medical office, retail and industrial. In his role, Kyle oversees the production of offering memorandums, performs underwriting analysis and coordinates deal closings, among a variety of other responsibilities for Investment sales transactions.

Before joining Avison Young, Kyle earned a B.S. in Finance from Fairfield University in 2022 and completed certificates in Data Analytics and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from The Ohio State University in 2023. He played Division 1 lacrosse at both schools before going on to play professionally with the Philadelphia Waterdogs.
