About Alex

Alex’s primary focus at Avison Young is coordinating the marketing, sales and research efforts of the Occupier Solutions team. The team specializes in corporate relocations and expansions, lease analysis, site evaluation, tenant representation, owner representation, land acquisitions and land sales.

Alex creates property brochures, email campaigns, proposals, tour books, mailers, websites and other unique marketing materials. She also prepares and distributes commission agreements, lease agreements, purchase contracts and other documents.

Alex joined Avison Young in 2022 and brings seven years of marketing and sales expertise from her previous role as a buyer and marketing specialist at a high-end boutique.
