Prior to joining Avison Young, Alex was a Senior Acquisitions Analyst at Lafayette Real Estate, where he led financial modeling, underwriting, and investment analysis, specializing in high-growth markets. Previously, he worked as an Investment Sales Analyst at Northmarq, providing disposition analysis, market research, and deal execution support. His experience extends to development and asset management, having worked at Gianco Investment Companies, where he managed project financials, development oversight, and proformas.

Earlier in his career, Alex gained financial planning experience at Merrill Lynch as a Financial Advisor, strengthening his expertise in market analysis and risk management. Alex is passionate about identifying high-value opportunities, leveraging data-driven insights, and executing growth strategies.
